概要

PyCon JP 2020は日本最大のPythonコミュニティイベントです。
講演や各種発表、チュートリアル、開発スプリントなどを複数日に渡って開催します。

今年のカンファレンスはZoom上で行います。
カンファレンスチケットを購入することで、Zoomでのカンファレンス参加が可能になります。

なお、Zoomで行われるカンファレンスの内容をエンコード処理したものについては、YouTube Live(チケット不要)でも傍聴することが可能です。
ただし、以下についてはカンファレンスチケット(connpass)を持つ参加者を対象とした機能となります。

• キーノート・トークスピーカーと同じZoom上にアクセスし、カンファレンスの場に参加すること。カンファレンスの場で 各セッションにリアルタイムに参加 すること。
  
• 同時通訳(Zoom機能)を聞く こと。(ブラウザ版ではなくアプリ版のZoomが必要です。)
  
• トークセッション中、 カンファレンスの場にチャット投稿 すること。 セッション中に質問を投稿 すること。
  
• 質疑応答が設けられた場合に、 Zoomの機能で挙手して発言 すること。 チャット機能を利用して直接質問 すること。
  
• 運営からの 公式案内(connpassメッセージ)を受け取る こと。 各種フライヤーをダウンロード すること。
  
• Day2クロージング後のオンライン交流会(パーティ)へ参加すること
  
• スペシャルブースに関する公式案内を受け取る こと。ブーススタンプラリーへの参加権があり、 スタンプラリー参加賞の進呈対象 になること。また、 各種グッズの抽選へ応募 すること。
  

※「挙手」「質問」については、発言する機会や取り上げられる機会が約束されるものではありません。
※トークセッションは各トラック300名までとなっております。チケットをお持ちの方でもトラックの視聴者が300名を超えた場合、Zoomではご覧になれません。なお、キーノートは1000人を上限として参加可能です。

チケット種別

カンファレンスの参加チケット種別について 記載します。
本チケットは、カンファレンスセッションへのZoomでの参加チケットです。セッションは原則YouTubeLive(チケット不要)でも配信されます。　

一般参加者

Zoomでの視聴にはチケットの購入が必要です(※1)。該当するチケットでお申し込みください。

• Patron ：公式サイトに名前（※2）を掲載します。Pythonへの感謝や貢献をアピールすることができます。
• Personal ：個人向け(2日間)
• Personal ：個人向け(8/28のみ) （※3）
• Personal ：個人向け(8/29のみ)（※3）

※1：セッションはYouTube Live(チケット不要)でも配信いたします。ただし、セッションに質疑応答の時間が設けられる場合は、質疑の対象者は原則Zoomでの視聴者となります。
※2：connpass表示名を予定
※3：1日のみチケットと両日チケットでZoomのURL等の区別は行いません。Zoom上限の範囲内でより多くの方に参加いただけるようにチケットを分けています。紳士協定としてのご利用にご協力とご理解をお願い致します。

今年はビジネス・学生向けチケットはありません。
当日スタッフを申し込む予定の方は、スタッフ管理用の別チケットがありますので、このページからの申し込みは不要です。

発表者

チケットの購入が必要です。以下のチケットでお申し込み下さい。

• Speaker ：発表者向け (2日間視聴可能です)

スポンサー

Zoomから視聴しない場合は購入は不要です。

使用する人についてはスポンサー各社内で調整してください。

PyCon JP 2020 スタッフ・当日スタッフ

PyCon JP 2020 スタッフ管理用に別チケットの購入が必要です(スタッフSlackで案内します)。当日スタッフ用のチケットも別途案内します。ともにこのページのチケットは不要です。

注意事項

• チュートリアル、開発スプリントはカンファレンスへの参加とは別になります。
  • それぞれ申し込み・チケット購入が必要です。
• 反社会的勢力排除に関する同意事項について 反社会的勢力: 暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団準構成員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋等、社会運動等標ぼうゴロ及び特殊知能暴力集団等を指します。 発表者、参加者及び申込みを行う会社・団体は、反社会的勢力ではなく、反社会勢力と一切関係を持たないことを約束いただきます。

決済／領収書について

特別な事由がない限り、原則として PayPal（クレジットカード）による決済をお願いしております。
クレジットカードをお持ちでない場合は、下記をお試しください。

例：

• プリペイドVISA (Vプリカ、Kyashなど) を利用
• 知人に依頼して代理決済

その上でなお決済手段がない方に限り個別対応となります。

領収書について

• connpassの イベント管理者への問い合わせ 機能を使用した場合はメール回答に使用するシステム上の制限により、回答が更に遅れることがあります。

The English version

Overview

PyCon JP 2020 is the largest annual event for the Japan Python community and takes place over a period of several days with the tutorial, keynote talks, conference, and development sprints.
This ticket is a ticket for attending a conference session by Zoom. Conference sessions will also be streamed on YouTubeLive for free(without a ticket.). Questions on Zoom may be taken by a speaker.

The keynote session will be conducted via Zoom, and will be available both in Japanese/English by simultaneous interpretation.
The keynote session via YouTube Live will be available only in original language
Zoom app is required to hear the keynote session through simultaneous interpretation; NOT available with browser version.

Any speakers are also required to purchase tickets. We sell tickets for only speakers separately in case those are sold out.

What kind of tickets:

This ticket is a ticket for attending a conference session by Zoom. Conference sessions will also be streamed on YouTubeLive for free(without a ticket.).

Who are required to register and purchase?:

• Patron
  • required, display connpass name for PyConJP2020 site.
• Personal(2days, 1day):
  • required if you attend a session by Zoom
  • It's not separate URL. That is a gentlemen's agreement.
• Conference speakers:
  • required
• sponsors
  • NOT required if you don't attend a session over Zoom.
  • For admission using sponsor tickets, please coordinate the available tickets within your company.
• PyCon JP 2020 staff
  • A different ticket is required in order to manage staff (NOT this ticket).

The ticket fee includes the following: There is no business and academic ticket.

• Viewing rights for all talks by Zoom (28th, 29th)

Payments:

We recommend that everyone pay with a credit card for both convenience and security reasons. If anyone, however, is having difficulty paying via credit card or does not have one, please contact us at pyconjp [ at ] pycon . jp .

• Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces Anti Social Forces: An organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a related company or association of an organized crime group, and any other equivalent person of above.
